According to Webster’s Dictionary, inertia is the disposition to remain inactive. If this is your state of being now, and you are comfortable with it, there is nothing else to say.
If not, you may want to put some effort into making a change, taking advantage of an opportunity, or stretching beyond your present state into something new.
Investigating your potential will lead to changes in your life.
The most vital part of this idea of reaching your potential is inside of you and as Max McKeown says, redirecting your energy is the way to improve and move forward. Be aware of your surroundings and their influence on your pattern of behavior. It is possible to be adaptable yet individual in purpose. Mindfulness will allow you to notice your world today and not concern yourself with what may happen tomorrow. How can you make a difference – change your language, your approach, and your attitude? Don’t make assumptions.
Coaching is a partnership with clients who are "seeking a new direction, action or behavior that will change an experience of life toward something more satisfying and meaningful" Janet Harvey, MCC
