| Possible rehearsal changes |
Hi everyone,
Just a quick heads up, with the weather wreaking havoc on the our researsal schedule, the kids are losing precious time needed to learn their drills in time for Friday's performance. If the rain starts up again this afternoon and they lose more time, they will need to make up for that at tomorrow's rehearsal by possibly holding them over by the same amount of time. They will let the kids know tonight if they are going to need to do that...so they will be able to let you know.

Festival of Bands - Monday - September 13, 2010 @ Bible Stadium
Schedule of events for the 13th:
4:00 to 5:30 - Rehearsal
5:30 to 6:30 - Quick Pizza Dinner in the Commons and Dress in formal uniform
7:00 On to the stadium for event
***Parent Volunteers (10) are needed at the stadium (5:30) to coordinate chairs for all of the performances. Please let me know if you are available to help.
September 14th Tuesday - Booster Meeting in the Band Hall @ 7:00pm
