May 5, 2013Cinco de MayoThere are so many facets of life that fall into the category of "know what to do": eating habits, exercise routines, safe driving, exam preparation, house keeping, pill taking and much, much more. Be conscious of the decisions you make, and watch for those days when you know what to do, but just don’t want to do it. Make a list of these things you are reluctant to do, so your pattern will come alive. Then you can do something about it. Since hurting my knee, I know I must create a new exercise routine, yet I have been resistant. Biking and water walking were recommended to me by the physical therapist, so I called the city pool. Finding a water aerobics class and getting my bike ready to ride, I am preparing for a new schedule. There will be days I just won’t want to do it, yet for my optimal health, I will make it a priority. Gym membership is the option for cold and rainy days, and have packed a bathing suit and tennis shoes in the suitcase for summer travel. In addition, Bill Farber has an Energy Wave Alignment Program that results in a more peaceful and energetic life. Check out his website in case this will aid you in your commitment to your own best life. Coaching Questions:
