Do any of these resolutions fit you? Over a year ago, I committed to my coach my resolve to walk or exercise a minimum of 20 min a day, and I have accomplished 490 days to date. With conscious planning each day, I am living the life of my dreams by keeping my resolution and acquiring a healthier body. Conditions are rarely perfect to begin a new habit or to stop an old one, and yet beginning is the most important step. Sharing your resolution with others can benefit them, too. During my New Year’s trip, my friends and I walked each day, enjoying good conversation and fresh air along the way. Start living the life of your dreams today. Coaching Questions:
