December 5, 2012BlessingsChristmas in New York City is magical. The huge, decorated tree in Rockefeller Plaza twinkles high in the sky as ice skaters go round and round. A walk down 5th Avenue reveals magnificent store windows displaying moving village scenes and dancing ballerinas. Music fills the air. I count my presence there as a blessing. The NYC Salvation Army bell ringers dance and sway to lively music as passersby donate to the kettles. Here I made my blessings count. A New York Police Department policeman stopped to give a homeless man warm socks and boots. His photograph, taken by an Arizona tourist, hit the TV news and the internet while I was in New York City. This policeman certainly shared his blessings and inspired others to do the same. Coaching Questions:
