Our August 2014 Newsletter Cameron

Summer is Winding
Down It's just hard for me to believe we are into August already. I'm picking blueberries and huckleberries. The birds around my home are getting just a little drunk on fermenting berries. The jays are starting to get loud, like they do toward the end of every summer. Bird calls are more about finding food than about finding each other. I'm getting a healthy crop of fungus in the woods around my house and I feel the urge to buy ice cream often before it's too late. I'm looking forward to getting back on Cameron Lake for another two weeks yet this year. I hope I'll see you up there too. We do have a few openings so give me a call. We've so enjoyed seeing many of you again this year. And for those of you who have not been to Cameron Lake yet this year, it's not too late. Late Summer fishing is some of the best! Give me a call and we'll get you on the schedule. And I'll see you on Cameron Lake soon. Here are a few photos from Summer 2014. Enjoy the inspiration.
