Our August 2011 Newsletter Cameron
Lake Fishing Lodges, Inc. |
Hello Fishing
Friends! I cannot believe Summer is waning. When did that happen? All the tell-tale signs are here. The birds around my home are drunk on the fall berries. The Black-eyed Susan are in full bloom. There's fog in the morning, a sure sign of cooler nights. And there is just a hint of red in the occasional maple tree around my home. Just a few more days and I am headed back to Cameron Lake for a final round of fishing before we pack everything away until next season. We still have a few cabin openings. If you have the time and you are inclined to take advantage of the opportunity to fish Cameron Lake yet this Summer, give me a call soon. We have only 3 weeks before our 2011 season comes to an end. Reports from July fishermen and fisherwomen were good. Many of you are really getting the hang of the perch fishing. And everyone I talk with reports at least a few 23 plus inch Walleye. I hope you all have saved me some. As always, everyone was able to get their limit of Pike and Walleye every day. Send me your photos, please, to deb@cameronlakefishinglodges.com Give me a call at 231-879-4178 and I'll get you on our schedule for yet this year.
