Hi, Taggart here, from Reiki Evolution. I have spent quite a few weeks talking about Reiki courses, planning them, presenting them, creating and using course materials and supporting your students in different ways, so I thought I would take a break from all that for a while and give you a week focused on meditation, but with a twist!
Today I am going to be talking about my "Releasing Exercise" which as far as I am aware is unique in the world of Reiki, and is based on an idea of experiencing directly, and 'energetically', the essence of some of the Reiki precepts. You can find out what that means in practice by reading my article about it!
So I have a ten-day Reiki challenge for you, which is to carry out the "Releasing Exercise" for ten days and see how you feel by the end of that period. And then on Saturday I am going to share another unique Reiki meditation, again focused on the Reiki precepts, but in a creative way. ;)
